Editing Rates:

Base rate of $.55 per fiction manuscript page in basic format (10-12 point standard font, 1-inch margins).

Unique and nonfiction project rates may vary. Final pricing will be discussed upon initial review; $25 minimum.

Author responsible for shipping charges.

Melissa uses a "fresh eyes" perspective of editing that gives her work the natural flow of a reader's experience. Authors must provide printed copy of the work to be edited; galley proofs or printed pages are acceptable. Turnaround time can vary but is generally less than three weeks; priority projects can be arranged for an additional fee.
